Pacific Star Seafoods, Inc.

E&E Foods, Inc. has been selling Pacific Star Seafoods' high quality salmon products since 2002, and acquired the company in 2005. Pacific Star Seafoods is located in Alaska’s pristine Cook Inlet in Kenai, Alaska.

The cold, glacier fed waters of Cook Inlet annually produce abundant runs of all five species of wild Alaskan Salmon: king, sockeye, coho, pink and chum. Pacific Star Seafoods works with over 50 independent fishing vessels outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality product. Pacific Star Seafoods’ finished product, whether fresh or frozen, is available within hours of delivery to the plant.

Pacific Star Seafoods, Inc.

Fresh Cook Inlet wild salmon is available from Pacific
Star Seafoods during harvest. Fresh-frozen wild salmon
is available year-round in a variety of packaging and
product forms. Fresh-frozen products minimize shrinkage, keeping yields and margins high.

As a seafood company whose success depends on the
sustained abundance of commercial fishery resources,
Pacific Star Seafoods, through E&E Foods, is a Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified supplier.

To ensure quality, Pacific Star operates in compliance with all state and federal regulatory bodies, holds QMP certification through the U.S. Department of Commerce and NOAA Fisheries Seafood Inspection Program, has an FDA approved HACCP plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, pronounced "Ha-sip") and European Union Control File Number (CFN) for seafood shipments to Europe.
