Salmon Caviar (Ikura イクラ)
Salted Salmon Caviar, or Ikura, is produced from Chum and Pink Salmon; the roe consists of large reddish-orange individual spheres.

Salted Salmon Roe (Sujiko すじこ)
Salted Salmon Roe, or Sujiko, is still inside its sack when it is prepared. Produced from King, Sockeye and Coho Salmon, Sujiko is red to dark-red and sweeter in taste.

Harvest Season: May thru November

Sourced: throughout Alaska and British Columbia

Produced: at our processing plants in Bristol Bay, Cook Inlet, Southeast Alaska, Seattle, Washington and on the Central Coast of British Columbia
