With its mild, slightly sweet flavor and unique firm texture, Alaska Halibut is the world's premium whitefish. Alaska provides the largest supply of domestic Halibut, which is strictly regulated through seasonal harvest and the exclusive use of longline gear.

E&E Foods holds Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification for Alaska Halibut. This certification ensures that our Halibut product can be traced back to a sustainable fishery and allows our customers to place the MSC label on our product for consumer awareness.

Sourced: throughout Southeast Alaska and Cook Inlet
