"I'm passionate about wild Pacific Salmon and the surrounding industry," says Harold. As proof he has dedicated a large part of his career to this noble fish and spent a great deal of time in the Pacific Northwest and in Alaska. Harold also co-authored a non-profit book entitled Saumon Sauvage. Originally written in French, the book concentrated on Pacific Salmon and its industry. This book was highly acclaimed throughout the trade, and has greatly contributed to the education of French buyers, as well as helping to promote certain specific origins and the industry itself.
